You mean the 120GB PS3 that doesn't include a second controller or a brand new game?

I'm not defending the "collector's edition" kinda bundling, but it's not a bad value.
"iPhone accessories can download iPhone apps to your iPhone memory"

...As opposed to downloading WinMo apps to your iPhone?
iDavey:

I basically stopped thinking of the iPod Touch as an MP3 player after using it for a few days. I decided I was tired of the 1st generation Touch when I had no way of controlling audio playback (volume/play/pause) without looking at it. I sold the Touch and got a Zune 120 for all my media-usage needs. Now, though, I want to get a good PDA, and despite waiting for the Zune HD to hopefully fill that gap, but Microsoft's Q&A about the future of the HD makes it look like the iPod Touch is the only game in town right now.

PDA? Yes, with an emphasis on gaming.
MP3 Player? That focus was killed off long ago.
Awesome, my only trepidation with the HD is gone. Time to order.
kassie,

The Zune HD does have a browser, it's based off Mobile IE, and is pinch-zooming just like the iPod Touch. There's been blurrycam photos of an Applications section in the Marketplace, but no official word from Microsoft when or what kind of apps will be available. The Zune also already has some games, but on a limited (think iPod Classic) basis. Give it time, the iPod Touch went a year before getting anything beyond what Apple put in.
Really? Hawaii gets their time zone but Alaska doesn't? 9:00AM AKST.
It makes my soul hurt knowing you act like this while getting ready to go to grad school, let alone that you'd be past middle school and acting like this.
The problem, Alan, is that most normal computer users (Mac and otherwise) aren't so fanatically devoted to their technology. They (we?) don't truly care what other people use and just shake our heads when it becomes an arrogant display of illogical, misinformed fandom.

We can only hope Ashton Kutcher's been trapped at Moscone Center for the past 2 months.
Still waiting on AT&T to get an Android phone...maybe once my contract's up.

And no, there is no T-Mobile where I live.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am trying to configure out a really dumbed down and intuitive PC for my grandmother. She recently had a stroke and while she is under my care I would like to repurpose a laptop for her to surf and email her children. Anyone have any experience with what input devices and UI's are really understandable for the over 80 crowd?"
