maybe you need to re-Finish Law School because there is no law against playing music on your own speakers
uh maybe the cheap sony headphones suck but when you get to the v6 or sa 1000 they are quite good

mac mini wont get duo core even the ibook(macbook regular??) most liekly wont get duo core
although i think this lawsuit is bogus ive yet to see a product that scratches as easily as a nano

im sure it wouldnt hurt appple to put a scratch resistent coating on it

"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
