if you are going to bann from cab drivers you should ban i from everyone.
But I think it is kind of silly, they sit in a cab for 8+ a day and there passengers rarly talk to them. So what they should sit in silence all day isn't that a little cruel or boring. Might make them fall asleep driving. I live in new york I say let them talk you already have a tv in the back seet to keep you entertained.
