"All of these new nettops have me intrigued. I'm looking for a small, quiet and cheap PC to replace my aging tower in my home office, and all it really needs to do is load Microsoft Office, check email and surf the web. Is there a particular nettop that's better (or a better value) than another? I know it's a rather new segment, but hopefully someone has taken a chance on one already. Thanks!"
Nintendo NEVER loses money on their hardware. All their hardware is designed ground up to turn a profit. Why do you think that in the last generation, even though the Gamecube was a commercial failure, and the games sales did not compare to the PS2, that Nintendo turned the biggest profit?
The DS and DS Lite turn a profit. The Wii is going to turn a profit. All on the hardware.
