I can't wait to see how much better my mouse and keyboard perform with USB 3.0, I'm expecting BIG things!!!
I never understood the point of Hulu... it's just the same crap that they try to trick you into watching on the television. At least on the television they have better commercials.
I'm happy to see Google continuing to disrupt things.

I'd be interested in Chrome OS if it enabled a new class of mobile device (a cleverly designed, inexpensive, high-quality netbook?) that could surf the web, check email and run PPT presentations.

It might also be interesting for desktop portability across your multiple platforms, but that doesn't look to be Google's goal.
Wow, that computer in the background looks awesome... I wonder what kind it could possibly be?
and politicians.

err well, on second thought maybe not so many nowadays.
You're right... you can't favor your own content and not run afoul of the Federal Government's regulation of the Internet.
The sad truth is that sometimes EDGE is faster than AT&T's 3G network.
Time to go to the local Best Buy and harass the sales associates as to which Sammies are infringing and which ones aren't :-)
re: Jedi

Sadly, we're already there with connected Blu-ray players.
re: I'm ready for digital distribution... for a replacement for rentals... not purchases.

Ditto... I'm almost there with Netflix on my Roku and Tivo HD, but the library is still limited. I have zero desire to "purchase" digital downloads.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"All of these new nettops have me intrigued. I'm looking for a small, quiet and cheap PC to replace my aging tower in my home office, and all it really needs to do is load Microsoft Office, check email and surf the web. Is there a particular nettop that's better (or a better value) than another? I know it's a rather new segment, but hopefully someone has taken a chance on one already. Thanks!"
