I still have a question about these things, can you charge them from awall plug? People keep on talking about the pull-string and the like, but nothing about a wall plug???Anyways, I think it's an ok idea, Imean it'd be nice if they charged consumers $150 instead of 200 Ithink that way they'd get more sales, but thats just me. Also, Ithink the whole $100 laptop idea has already somewhat failed becausethey already sell full blown $100 laptop's(kinda) you pay $600upfront, then you get $500 in rebates and free stuff, adding up to a$100 laptop.http://www.engadget.com/2006/11/17/circuit-city-to-sell-100-compaq-laptop-on-black-friday/
right there.

Yes, like all these other people, how are you supposed to pull 6 usb ports at 480 each, quick math, upto 2880 mb/s, just from the usb ports, not to mention the 100 meg ethernet, and the 400 meg video, and the 10 meg audio, thats wayyyy too much to pull through a usb port, even firewire.
Yeah, like hehehehehehhhe said, they already have these, they've had them for a while now...
well...I guess it's a good idea but don't most hdtv's already have a vga in? our LG does, and I've seen a few more that do, so yeah, I guess it could work for people without a hdtv, but yeah...

lol, scoobydoo, the one on hat site in an ugly piece of sheit
The keyhole is there because they use the pay pass cards at stored and other places, I've seen a couple in the shops at a movie theater (Colossus Langley BC canada) so yeah, your not gonna drive your car into the starbucks in the theater
(insert your favorite holiday here) FESTIVUS, lol, anyways, it's not my favorite holiday, but no-one else mentioned it, so thought it'd be nice to mention it, lol
DAMN IT, I always thought that the green sidekick would be qa permament model(is it?) I'm canadian, and it's a little hard for me to get a sidekick over here, especially the special edition one, they should have a company sell them her, I'd soooo buy one, I WANT ONE SOO BAD
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What is the best wireless surround sound speaker solution? I have a home theater where running wires is just not feasible. I have my own speakers, so I don't want a system that has speakers with integrated wireless. I've done a far amount of research and have only come across a few companies that even offer a reasonable solution: KEF, Kenwood and Rocketfish. Is there anything else out there? What do you recommend? Thank you!"
