Jan 10th 2008 2:12PM Yes you would, but a paradox situation could be solved by the simple mention 5th dimension alternate realities, plus, a little time travel never hurt anybody. Look at Marty McFly, he invented a fresh new sound that someone was looking for.

Plus the puzzles don't need to involve you (the character) or an infinite spectrum of time travel. You could, say, step into a portal and stop time, or step into one and time slows down, or speeds up. It doesn't necessarily mean shoot portal, end up in dinosaur times. It would need limitations, which the game already has. You cant just shoot the portals anywhere. I'm pretty sure the writers can think of some fun way to use that game dynamic.
