Why do iPods suck exactly? Have you seen the other/older Neuros players? They truly suck, the older ones were MASSIVE bricks. The Recorder 2 is certainly nothing special, I mean sure, a dual-core CPU on a tiny little player has some bragging rights, but the first Creative Zen video player almost had everything this does, with a bigger screen. If you really need lots of space and all sorts of recording capabilty, Archos really has worthwhile stuff. I would laugh various parts of my male anatomy off if someone walked up to me with that dinky 3.6 inch screen tacked to yet another brick and said it was better than my iPod (yes I realize that an iPod screen is only 2.5, but at least everything else on it is better and/or smaller).
