I'd put the GPS in a EV conversion car that I'm working on, and hopefully tie to into an some sort of tracking system to monitor my electricty usage.

I'd play the 360 to take a break from breaking my knuckles

Umm... the fact that it has 2 ATSC/NTSC suggest that it can do exactly that, record Hi-definition content. I think what you intended to say was that it won't be able to record encrypted content, nor will it record digital content received from an external device (say from your HD cable box or something) ...

To my knowledge, no device can do this, but the keyword here is 'yet'.

Currently only 2 of my friends have an xbox 360, I don't think any of the others will be buying one this season. I was hoping to get one once the price dropped a bit.

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.

"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
