It started with the hike in Movie prices. Then they started inflating the already outrageous prices for increasingly inferior snacks.

Then they started putting ads in front of movies. Coke commercials, or some other crap. I was still doing all right and could find a theater that has no commercials, decent Price to Theater Quality ratio and I brought in my own snacks.

I was perfectly happy, and then people started getting dumber. They seem less interested in enjoying the movie and more interested in testing my patience. This year, I finally had enough. After listening to a 3 year old giggle all the way through The Watchmen, and then having to listen to a baby in Paranormal Activity my love with the Movie Theater is over.

The last one truly made me give up. I politely asked for them to remove the baby, and was told, "You can't tell me what to do!" I let people know and the Manager came in and had them removed. Here's the kicker: those fine people left our theater, walked into the empty theater that my Lovely Wife and other Daughter were in. They sat next to them and started to complain (LOUDLY) that they were thrown out of the theater for bringing the (Still crying) baby!

The Lovely Wife and I started tossing cash into a jar every time we saw a movie that we wanted to see. $50 for our family of 4 to enjoy 1.5 hours of agony. Now, for Christmas, we are getting a 60 inch TV, and the movie theaters, and the people that go to them can bite me.

It is killing me that I am not seeing Avatar in Imax 3D, but I figure that if I can get through this, that I will be all set!
OooOOO!!! sounds like something good to give my Wife whom I just got addicted to the game :-D
Terry Gilliam Supports The Child Rapist Roman Polanski. He even signed his name to a petition to let him go. Sorry Terry. Roman drugged, raped, and sodomized a 13 year old girl. He even admitted doing it. Then he used his money and influence to avoid his punishment for 30 years.

Terry Gilliam, you are no longer welcome in my home.
No. NO NO NO! No more 1960's style Batman. No more toddler friendly Wolverine. No more smiling Hulk. Sounds like Disney started working early on this new Bastardization!
I have been wanting one of these for a while! Woot!
It is about time!

I bought the original and opened it to find out that it WASN'T wireless. It was New Years Eve, so I couldn't take it back right away, so I tried it out, and took it back. Not wireless, not worth the $70.

Make it wireless, and I am there. this thing is awesome! The split strum bar thingy is incredible. It feels a whole lot better than the regular guitar for bass playing.

Let's hope that the price will drop from the outrageous $70 price point.
if I win, this would make my day happy instead of horribly frustrating,
Not reading lips is like moving to Germany and expecting everyone to just think that it's okay that you don't know the language. Or even better. have your Mom, who knows German, follow you around everywhere and translate!

And I can see that Mom is getting tired of translating. She said something like wanting to talk with her arms down for once. LOL!!!
I love anytime a good flame war breaks out. usually Zune vs. ipod :-D
my favorite things are the Apple Keynotes and the Giveaways.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
