Our money sure is colourful.
Harvey Norman in Australia. No deposit, No repayments, No interest for 20 months. Makes a PS3 very attainable. Just make sure you pay it off before the end of the 20 months otherwise you pay 27.5% interest.

Do it.
Any plans to introduce downloadable HD video content in other territories (ie Australia)? Or does the fact our bandwidth is so expensive factor in to the decision to withhold it here? Or are there legalities that would make the whole enterprise too expensive/difficult?
What's the point of globally broadcasting local offers?
The only person I know getting a PS3 is trading in a Wii with a few games to get it. EB store credit + more dollars.
Sarcasm is widely considered the lowest form of wit.
This is easily the most inane post from joystiq yet. Why the fuck are we talking about algebra? Ugh.
Why wouldn't you withdraw it? Why continue paying for expensive media space when every two-bit blogger on the internet has spread the image across the entire globe. The cost per impression would have been amazingly low. Global branding done cheap.
Is this game backwards compatible with 360? Because I'd love to play it.
I had a dirty disc problem with Oblivion BEFORE the update, and only once in over 100 hours of playing. The Hitman Demo also gives a dirty disc error (which is sort of odd since it's on the HDD), but again, that was prior to the update...
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
