Meh. They have a lot of catch up to do. Rock band has not only the songs from Rock Band 1 but tons of DLC songs, song packs, and full albums already available. And why the hell did it take this long to reduce the price?

Needless to say, I'm sticking with Rock Band.

If they release a game for the PS3, I'm not buying the game at all, I don't care how good it is. Nothing against multiplatform titles, I have many, I just think it's kind of arrogant for Bungie, the company I have pretty much defended since Halo 1, releasing a game for those who have pissed on their name and their games, the same ones who'll probably say "I told you so" and "It's better on the PS3". Now I'm really looking forward to a Bungie-less Halo 4, but hell, it was good while it lasted.

Think Different?

That's steep for XBLA titles. How long is Castle Crashers anyway? I beat Alien Hominid is a relatively short time so it worries that that I won't get my money's worth despite of how fun I know it will be with 4 people.

No game in XBLA should go upwards of 1200. MS is definitely ripping us off on that end due to the success they are seeing. I mean, how long before we see 40 dollar games there? The reason I've bought so many XBLA titles is because they were reasonably priced, but I think MS just put a stop to that.

It's hard to say what Nintendo will do for the next generation. I bet it will continue to be underpowered and unable to support high-end game engines. Instead they'll be focusing on some other ways to play. They did it with the DS, they are doing it with the Wii and because their consoles sale like hot-cakes they'll probably do it again.

Oh well, I'll just be playing 4-player co-op Gears of War 3 rendered at 1920x1200 progressive at 60fps on my Xbox [insert next gen branding]. I really hope MS makes it a priority to keep the hardware super cool and super quiet.

I just need to get to prestige level 10, level 55 and ACOG scopes on all weapons (except shotguns of course) and then I'll return to Halo 3.
