Let's see. A blend of Window's online services is branded "Live." They have a mail program in this collection of services. They name the mail program "Mail." Add it to the service brand. "Live Mail."

Hard to make a case this isn't drop-dead simplicity. Maybe you should go to the Mac. I mean, for lack of meaningful options. Which is where MS is headed with Vista anyway. Outlook will be dropped from their generica home edition.

Outlook Express is a different class of mail client than Outlook. Period. And if you aren't carrying your own computer around with you? You're going to need some sort of online email program. Mail Live has been designed for greater utility and resemblance to the Outlook/Outlook Express interface. Doubtless, MSN will go the way of the dinosaur.

Greater congruence. More choices. Simple naming.

Let's complain. ? At least bring up some substantial points, will you?
It's like we've been telling applets all along ... intel blows right by the "reality distortion field" known as the power pc chip.

All the hype, all the ads, all the misleading "tests" conducted by Apple couldn't change this simple fact.

I am SO glad to see Apple on the Intel (wish it included AMD) platform. Now that it's truly competitive, Windows is going to have to respond. Bottom line: all consumers are going to benefit.

"I'm looking for a wireless trackpad to use with my older (2.5 or so years old) C2D MacBook that's perpetually docked to my home theater. Something sleek, thin, not too small, made of high quality materials. Ideally, it would natively support all of (Snow) Leopard's multitouch inputs, and even more ideally, it would have a charging dock / base. The only problem is that I'm not sure that such a thing even exists. Think you can throw me a bone?"
