There was a guy on Dutch TV earlier this evening talking about RFID technology, the government's plans for it and it's implications. He ended the show by taking a regular, un-modified disposable camera, placing on top of an RFID card which had previously displayed a code when scanned, and zapped it. Sure enough, when he re-scanned the card there was no more code.
I for one love my 1gb Sony Memory Stick Pro Duo. I love my Sony digital camera and SonyEricsson phone almost as much as i love my iPod.

But yeah other than that Sony sucks!

...
Spymac has integrated photocasting into the already as well.

hmm, I've certainly thought about it, but i've never actually gone and done it! My powerbook is way to precious to go anywhere our 'bog'!

Nice one tho.
i'm not really a gamer at all, still using a PS1 here. But of all the 'next-gen' consoles this one attracts me the most. It actually looks like something I wouldn't mind having in my living room - small and sleek.
AFAIK here in Holland Medion computers and accessories are sold only at the cheapest, most low budget supermarket chain. The kind of super market where they don't even take the products out of the boxes they ship in, just to cut costs.

'nuff said really. I'll stick with my iPod.
looks like a good replacement for my k750i.
I really hope i'll be able to get myself a sonos setup this year.
Tim, yes there is a DVI to S-video adapter, sold separately tho.
I'm shocked by how useless the apple rep is and how little he know about the product. He opens the MacBook page on apple.com when asked about the specs, and even that doesn't go smoothly (he can't find the specs page at first). He didn't know what GPU it had, and when asked about the lack of FW800 he hesitates and then just says 'yes'. Things get dramatically worse when showing off the software. iPhoto encounters a bug, but rather than quit the app and start again he just fluffs around and asks "why is it doing that?". He doesn't know how iWeb handles blogs, or how to use the new templates in iMovie.

Is this really the best apple can do? Steve is always so well prepared for his keynotes, yet his minions are absolutely clueless. Very unprofessional.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am trying to configure out a really dumbed down and intuitive PC for my grandmother. She recently had a stroke and while she is under my care I would like to repurpose a laptop for her to surf and email her children. Anyone have any experience with what input devices and UI's are really understandable for the over 80 crowd?"
