Yes, it's slot-loading. It's good to see these drives are becoming available in more mainstream consumer laptops.

Engadget needs to caption the gallery photos. It would be much easier to get an idea of what we're looking at.

I am 100% sure that this costs $199.99, not $239.99. I work at Sears, and we've had 5 of them sitting in our back room for two weeks. They ring up at $199 where I work, and other sites (*cough*Gizmodo*cough*) are reporting them to be $199.

Sharp claims that a swivel stand is unique? Samsung, Toshiba, Philips, and Hitachi LCD's have had swivel stands for a while now.

"I'm looking for a wireless trackpad to use with my older (2.5 or so years old) C2D MacBook that's perpetually docked to my home theater. Something sleek, thin, not too small, made of high quality materials. Ideally, it would natively support all of (Snow) Leopard's multitouch inputs, and even more ideally, it would have a charging dock / base. The only problem is that I'm not sure that such a thing even exists. Think you can throw me a bone?"
