I hope they include the ability to remote desktop to a vista computer.
Just add a wireless keyboard and I will consider to drop my HTPC.

I feel that this and the new WM6 is shaping up nice for MS.
Why should higher quality cost more? Or should we say medium quality?

And why not just make them lossless?

But DRM-free is very nice.
Ive been using this Bittorrent Enternainment Network for years, it looks like the swedish office (ThePirateBay) have better terms than those presented here.

But seriously why would anyone use this, where is the advantage for the end user in using bittorrent? Is it a discount? 2.99 for renting a movie in WMA with user unfriendly DRM, and its not even HD.
Faster DL? Maybe if users seed, but why should they when they pay full price. I can DL a dvd image from usenet or a private tracker and mount it in 40min, HD-DVD takes 2 hours, Xvid takes 10-15min.

"they cite internal studies that say 34 percent of BitTorrent users would pay for content if a comprehensive, legal service was available."

Yeah, but the BitTorrent Entertainment Network is "same shit, new wrapping". It offers nothing new to the end user, only to the content providers.
Another funny thing is that this installation is pure Apple/Ikea.

Post modernism?
Wireless should be both bluetooth and wifi.
Capacity should be at least 30gb.
size should be no bigger than the ipod.
Interface at least as good as the ipod or samsug z5.
Prize should be just below the ipod, but im guessing some bundle with subscription (cheap to buy expensive to own) :(

Im also guessing this only synch with wmp11.

This could be the ultimate machine for the non-gamer if priced rigth. Im waiting for this release.

The E6600 with 4mb cache should be at least as fast as the current low end power macs, and a lot cheaper, smaller and cooler.

But what chipset will they run on?
You can buy the big battery and double the battery life. But then its no longer ultra portable ...
I have the exact same machine sold as pacard bell easynote A88xx in various configurations for more than a year. Its very light(1,8 kg) but the screen is poorly protected. The latchless design works very good and the hinges is still tight after a year on the road.
Note the somewhat unusual screenres of 1280 x 768.

MacBookProBiz:

No optical drive
flash ram 16gb drive
6 hour battery life
ulv core solo

I have 13.3 inch laptop, and i hope they improve the 1280x800 resolution.

Why does everybody run overpriced software on even more overpriced hardware, the new macintel's is just geek-bling.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a wireless trackpad to use with my older (2.5 or so years old) C2D MacBook that's perpetually docked to my home theater. Something sleek, thin, not too small, made of high quality materials. Ideally, it would natively support all of (Snow) Leopard's multitouch inputs, and even more ideally, it would have a charging dock / base. The only problem is that I'm not sure that such a thing even exists. Think you can throw me a bone?"
