I sleep with my iPhone because I use Ambience (runs with screen off too) to sing me to sleep to sounds of just about anything from waterfalls, ocean, subways, drums, lions etc. you name it they have it. very cool. anyway.... I turn off all notification sounds before bed, email, sms, etc. etc in the settings pane until I wake so I'm not bothered during sleep. I forward calls to the house phone at night for emergencies. I also turn of push at night too. There is an app that allows you to do this too (scheduled notification silents et.c) but I can't remember the name and believe it requires jailbroken. Anyone remember it?

Thanks
Lane
And it gets through firewalls. You can also setup your own password in prefs so you don't have to ask the person on the other end what it is. (It'll show user defined OR a diff password) either will work. Teamview is much faster than logMeIn and the file transfers, speed etc. are amazing. I Love it, on all my friends and families macs and pcs so I can be tech support for the whole damn family!!! LOL
And yet STILL in a Turtleneck to this very day!
Just posted the same thing! someone isn't thinking. ATT, lets finish up on past promises before we add yet more trouble regarding the network that still cannot handle it's traffic huh?
Everything is complicated at that age.
How about we roll out tethering and fix the crappy 3G and dropped calls on the previous models first eh Death Star... huh? whatdya think?
TOTAL marketing Ploy! Any "NEWS" is good news. App sucks anyway. LOL
Does anyone else find their icon in the app menu (and others) redraw slowly in Snow Leopard? I'm on a 2.4GHz MBP with 4GB Ram and an 160GB HD, but when I open windows the icons are generic for a few (5-6) seconds until they are redrawn. Can I fix this somehow? Kind of annoying. I also get "caching" icons when opening a mounted server volume. I'm on a wired netowrk and it's FAST but still these little things popping up. could it be I need to do a permission repair or something in disk utility perhaps?

Thanks All!!!

Lane
I will use it to actually protect my mophie air juice pack AND iPhone. I have been wondering if I bought an "Air", how it would avoid getting scratched up itself, well here is the solution. I now know there is an option to still "sleeve" the battery pack and iPhone and it will protect both!! . Cool!!!

Thanks Mophie and Tuaw!!

Lane
I receive them fine from a T-Mobile user. (can see the pics in my messaging app) .
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
