Sony does make Hardware and Sony also has the biggest 3rd party support. Look at PSP, Sony didnt make any games and still going pretty strong. Heck even Coca Cola supported PSP Wipeout; even Volkswagen supported PSP with Ipod with their special edition Jetta. Several Hotels supported PSP by letting customers rent them out. Hardware does need software but from Sony's history it doesn't seem like they will have problems with finding sponsors.

Stop insulting Sony just b/c you can't afford it. Point the finger at your own parents for being poor. Gadgets are gadgets don't matter what label is on it; if it has buttons, love it!
I'm still thinking if I should bother with the DS lite. I want to buy one since I already have a PSP I want to have the best of both worlds. But at this rate it seems like Nintendo will come out with a new DS next week again. DS Super Lite! Then the week after DS Ultra Lite! I screwed after I bought the GBA, they came out with GBA SP now they have GBA SP with a brighter screen and DS. Now a DS Lite. It feels like Nintendo is screwing me like how Sony screwed me with stupid UMD movies and a crappy free Gretzky game; actually most of the PSP games are crappy (though I hate to admit it). But still love my PSP since I can listen to my music and switch to my Family Guy or Simpsons saved on the MS. That black DS Lite will look good beside my black PSP!
LOL... DS sold out again.... what is the point of the having knowledge that DS has sold out? Seriously, why not actually spend all this time to play with your DS instead of showing your jealousy towards the PSP! I highly doubt you're from Japan or any other asian ethnic for that matter. It's always Japan, this and that.
It's funny how DS fanboys keep giving insult towards the PSP on how crappy the games are; including on how they keep bringing up the sales (I dunno why or how it would affect them)then PSP is doing a fantastic job.

Let's add this up:

DS + hundreds of addicting games + high sales = it must be a good system.

PSP + barely any games compare to DS and not as fun as most DS games + competitive sales reports + high sales too = it must be a good system too.

In summary, if the PSP( with it's lack of games) is able to compare its sales to the DS sales, then they must be doing something good. Also, DS fanboys will obviously hate PSP games since their ignorance towards the PSP will fuel their boredom towards anything labeled PSP; most call jealousy!

I have both and like them for their own seperate reasons, so to tally it up I have the best of both worlds. HAHAHAHAHHA. If you can't afford both of them then stop bitching on these forums and blame yourself on why you don't make enough money or why your parents are poor. I'm a full-time Univeristy student and so is my GF and we both love the PSP and DS. Video Games for life!!!!!

--- O yea, PC gaming is better! HAHAHAHAHA
Seriously, why do everyone care so much about how much sales they make? Does it give your DS or PSP more power. +10 geek points? OMG ...DS is selling more now, but damn PSP has sold more though; OMG!!!!

I have both PSP and DS; so as far as I know I have twice the happiness than DS and PSP fanboys. HAHAHHAHAHAHA. Having both of them gives me +200 geek points HAHAHHAHAHAHA.
It's funny how DS fanboys keep saying that all these stats are flaws. But they get their stats from the same place lol.... It's a flaw if they don't like the stat, its true if it sounds good to them.

All I have to say is PSP is doing REALLY good even if they have a VERY small selection of games and most of them are not very good. Compared to DS' extensive library of games and most/ majority of them VERY addictive. Also, including the point that Sony does not make games and Nintendo does.

And finally Big media tribunals have spoken. Time Magazine have given the Sony PSP the title of "The Most Innovative Gadget of the Year." CNet.com ranked the Sony PSP second in "The 10 Must-Haves"

With all the said and done, it's hard to dispute that PSP is doing fantastic in the market even with its late release of a few months after christmas (when everyone is still paying off the holiday bills).

Plus, the GBSP is better - I love my GBSP, BEST GAMEBOY EVER!!!

No it says 6.0 look at the shadows. You just can't see the connection that makes it a six b/c of the glare. But it does say six.
I went on a rant b/c (you idiot) I'm sick of constantly seeing more DS fanboys coming on PSP threads just to make an insult.

Yes it is a valid question but it is also an insult. Soooo I retaliated with another insult. idiot!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
