Seriously though how difficult would it be to design a Canadian version WITHOUT HD Radio (ie just an analog FM tuner)??
I had issues with my EDGE here in South Miami about a week ago...It wouldn't work here, then I'd leave this area and it would work fine in other parts of the Greater Miami area.....Thought it was a *me* thing, and although it's fine now, thought I'd share it here since I see that someone else says they have problems.
Perhaps I'm dating myself but who cares??

I still wax nostalgic for the days of VINYL and my first Atlantic LP (the "Beat Street" soundtrack/album)...I used to think it was so cool to see the "swirl" next to the "A" spin as the record turned.
I just went to Tokyo last February....Yes, did the required trip to Akiba.

What I bought: a Felicia Blue PSP, and a cheap but kitcshy looking Sony "Shower Radio". Only because I was there and felt the need to walk out of Yodobashi with something.

Truth is, with so much stuff available online nowadays, there really isn't a reason that I know of to go to Japan just to 'get gadgets' when you can pretty much get everything from the comfort of your home here in the states, even if it's a "Japan Only" model....I've even managed to get stuff on Yahoo Auctions Japan. So you go to Japan to see Japan.

That being said, there is one thing I haven't managed to find, that I would be interested in, and it's the China-only Sony PMX model PMPs....Those I have not seen online anywhere. Stupid stuff, but it interests me.
There are 'underground' ways to get online, but pricey and hard to get by....I forgot what someone (who recently arrived from Cuba) told me, but it was a steep price, and just for dialup.

And considering what the wages of an average Cuban are, well, forget it, basically.
The "playing grown up" toys have come a long way from the "fake shaving kit" I had when I was a kid.........
I actually *saw* the boxes already for sale last week at Yodobashi Akiba on my trip to Japan. Figured it was old news already and not worth telling anyone.
Wait 'till they bring their answer to the Chevy...The CHERY.
I liked the Buick Rivieras that were released beginning in 1986. *Those* were among the first to have a touchscreen from which you controlled the Radio and AC. For some reason (early touchscreens were unreliable?? Old Buick Fogie users didn't like them?) Buick reverted back to traditional radio/ACs in Rivieras in the early 90s.
Pray tell what exactly is the gameplay involved in "Come On"???
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
