@Plothole: Intel's integrated graphics are, I'm sorry, garbage. Intel knows this, which is why they're dumping them on the market by tying them to their processors. Intel will literally pay you to take their worthless integrated graphics off their hands. That's right: it's cheaper to buy an Atom proc with Intel graphics than standalone. They know that given the choice, nobody in their right mind would take what they're selling over ION.
I have the 'first' posters with the wrath of a thousand suns. No warnings for first offenders. Hell, I'm sorry a mod has to manually ban people for it, it should be automatic.
Damn, I was hoping I wouldn't see Intel graphics, but lol, yeah right. Is it really that hard to put CULV together with ION and have a decent netbook? I'm glad Intel got taken to the cleaners for that $1 Billion plus, because they're strangling the netbook market with their janky integrated graphics.

Personally I think that instead of losing a billion dollars, they should've had a handful of their crucial patents invalidated and placed in the public domain.
Doctor: Here you go, here's your baby, Windows Mobile 7.
Microsoft: Aww, it's so cute! I just know it's going to grow up to be big and strong.
Doctor: Uh, yeah. About that.
Microsoft: What is it, doc? Give it to me straight, I can take it.
Doctor: Well, it's just that...
Microsoft: WHAT?!
Doctor: Your baby was born without developers.
Microsoft: What do you mean? I have all kinds of developers.
Doctor: No, I'm afraid while you were pregnant with Windows 7 for the past couple years, all the developers have dried up. They all moved on to iPhone and Android. They're gone, forever, and without them your baby is going to waste away slowly and never reach maturity.
Microsoft: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Ok that was a cheap shot, but still, when Intel finally does make a graphics chip that's not total garbage they're going to have a hard time selling it because everyone is accustomed to associating their name with terrible graphics performance.
That was a sneaky move, not mentioning the janky intel graphics until the very end of the article so I'd read it almost completely.
Looked at specs, stopped reading at "Intel GMA"

Gawd those graphics chips are like herpes. DO NOT WANT.
Sometimes I think Sony is only in the PC business to make Apple appear not to be overpriced.
@Epsilon: I guess you have a point. Sometimes you need to use the internet, but you want to take your time. Wifi doesn't help with that, always serving up internets fast. Sometimes you want the internets to chillax and take 90 seconds to bring up the weather.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I have a MacBook Pro and an Xbox 360 and I would like to get a 20- to 24-inch display that will support both devices. The speakers should be inbuilt, or there should be an aux out on the display to hook up external speakers. Help! Please!"
