It's an operating environment, not an operating system.
This means one thing ... Pre is not selling.
Watt is the point of this bulb?
For all the complaint posts, perhaps you should consider that companies are in business to make money to pay employees, fund research, development and innovation, build new prototypes, launch new products, etc. If this succeeds, then Apple made the right decision. If it does not, then Apple learns.
I would like to state for the record there is no such thing as "reality" television. I refer first to the quantum world which is the basis for everything known as reality. It is a bizarre world way down in the tiny parts of the fabric of space time, but it's a fact that observing a particle alters the particle being observed. So is the case human beings; and Woz is one very big particle. If humans know they are being watched, they do not act real or in way they normally would not being observed.

And as with the quantum world, the notion of the Woz dancing is also truly bizarre. Live and let live.
A typical new 20 foot pontoon runs in the $13,000-14,000 range, nearly half of which is the engine (ex. a 40 HP 4 stroke Mercury outboard).

The Loon will probably be less, but not much less (I disgree with poster above that says it's $4200.00).
Microsoft ... is so last century. They are the IBM of the 1980's. MS is unable to deploy anything simple. They are, as Prince George suggested he was not to Dr. Johnson, as thick as a whale omelet.

There is no justifiable reason for so many versions of Windows 7.
It's makes more sense to give American taxpayers the 4 trillion directly; after all, American's are the one's that will buy more stuff. A bank doesn't buy anything, and frankly, there are plenty of banks which have made bad decisions and should fail.

This is all Basic Economics 101. It's ridiculous to borrow 4 trillion to pay to banks which to date have shown no desire to actually re-loan any of the money.

Give tax breaks to everyone who pays taxes and let some of banks fail.
Wow ... it looks all innovative and everything. Oh wait, this is 2008. Never mind.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a wireless trackpad to use with my older (2.5 or so years old) C2D MacBook that's perpetually docked to my home theater. Something sleek, thin, not too small, made of high quality materials. Ideally, it would natively support all of (Snow) Leopard's multitouch inputs, and even more ideally, it would have a charging dock / base. The only problem is that I'm not sure that such a thing even exists. Think you can throw me a bone?"
