No one files a lawsuit like this unless there's some merit to it. If this is the second account of very similar event's, then perhaps there's some behind it. If Tesla does have a bad egg at the top it's best for everyone if he is removed before he ruins the company.

What happened to the good old days when you walked in you clocked in? You're not on the job until you walk in? These companies obviously care a lot about their employees. Some ass monkey obviously thought it was a good way to improve them bottom line.

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.

"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
