Hahhaha - sounds like NBC skipped their college logic class when they were talking about straw man arguments...
I think it would be cool to see a few groups compete to make a content website profitable. Obviously it would have to be filmed in it's entirety before it aired because that would cause a lot of traffic, but it would be cool to see how people really make money online with content.

It would also be very Cuban-esque, showing how small groups of people will small amounts of money can compete in today's market.
You can save a few bucks by getting it at Sewell, but at $360 it's still a pretty expensive purchase:

Yeah, you could do all that or you could just download and install Mozy (works on Mac and Windows) and backup 2GB to a remote server for free...
Sorry but their claim that this is the first VGA over USB 2.0 simply isn't true. This product has been out for 2 years now:

I disagree with your opinion that bloggers are trying to drive traffic by just linking to each other. More importantly I think that bloggers are learning that there are a few other people out there that are interested in the things they are interested in and they can help these people navigate the ocean of information available online by redirecting them.

I don't like having to monitor 200 blogs in my industry, so I have identified a couple of people that I really trust and I will read about 50% of the posts they recommend...

Sewell's got the 8-port for $810 and the 4-port for $314 - not exactly $100, but better than list...

They should just remarket them as USB hand warmers :)
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"For a long time I have been searching for a portable device where I can store all of my CDs in MP3 format and stream the songs wirelessly to my HiFi system. The portable device must I've tried FM transmitters, they all suck. I don't want a docking station. Any help? Thanks!" have a display so that I easily can scroll through the playlists (I don't want to use a TV or monitor). I suppose that there must also be a second device that is connected to the HiFi system that would receive the wireless streams from the portable device.
