Could this just be more marketing for Cloverfield???
That's great that it has an 8800GT but if the only new game out there for Macs is Wolfenstein then it's kind of over kill don't you think?
The really crappy thing is that the 2 dollars you pay is for a movie shot with a camcorder and major parts of the movie are missing! I bought Batman Begins and it went from him being stuck in a well with bats to him all of a sudden getting the bat mobile! I think it was all part of a psychological warfare scheme though...
When I was over there in 2005 one of the base Generals shut down our media server we were running because of copy right infringement worries. He had no problems with the hadji's on base selling bootleg DVD's though.
So is this like the movie/book Johnny Mnemonic??? I'd stick a flash drive in my head any day. It would be nice to have some extra storage.
I do use my PSP as an in car PC so having GPS funcionality is pretty sweet. Are they going to release Nav software?
I could use one of these... the marine corps doesn't pay enough for me to drop 400 on a video game system.
I'll just use it for good ol' fashion nudie movies.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
