Nice graphic - I still use my old T39 occasionally - it's just so damn small and has great battery life.

Being on the recieving end a regular engadget reader; my kids (and wife) are scared to buy me technology. So I'm looking at a volleyball set and some truck accessories for my first pick-up.

With respect to your comment on the "the limited use of FairPlay DRMed songs from the iTMS" I would be interested in an alternative to buying/ripping CDs. DRM seems to be a fact of life for old law abiding curmudgeons like me. Does the Music Gremlin $15 service allow more then limited use? If so sign me up.
I put a 4 in 1 (SD/SM/MS/MMC) card reader in my TiBook PCard slot. Comes in handy for importing photos. I think you can get a 6 in 1 these days.
No upgrade for me. Too many incompatible programs (Quickbooks for example) I'll get it when the quad g5 comes out.
Slightly off topic, but I started seeing much more memory "thrashing" with the 10.3.9 update - I'm waiting for 10.4.1 before I Tiger. Maybe it's the new Safari. TiBook 800 1Gb RAM

She recently had a stroke and while she is under my care I would like to repurpose a laptop for her to surf and email her children.
