Animal Crossing actually helps keep me on a normal schedule. Nook's closes at 11pm, so I end up trying to pass out soon after. In the morning, rather than hitting the snooze button 10 times each morning, the first thing I do is turn it on to check if any special characters have come into my town. I'm still groggy, but the game wakes me up faster since it's so addicting.
