I swear the guy leading off the commercials is Mike McGlone ... he of Edward Burns movie fame.

Total number of times I've watched a Season 3 episode, easily surpasses 100.
Jonathan,

The last time we heard Greg Dulli was at the beginning of "Seven" from season 4 during the bucket rescue with Tommy and Black Sean ... "The Lure Would Prove Too Much" ... in my opinion one of the best scenes of the series.
LOVE that "numbnuts" is Lutz from 30 Rock!
I LOVED this bit last night. Fred's so silly.
Disagree.

Why FNL should be renewed and 2 more seasons will work:

- creativity will not be lost. Everyone (cast, crew, fans) all were reminded with season 3 that less is more. There will be no more murder sub-plots and cover-ups.

- [redacted per colby's request]

- the addition of several ancillary characters, JaMarcus, J.D. (and family), Devin, heck even Charles, have some really good stories to tell.

- Matt's staying in Dillon for the year, so there remains some good plotlines ... what if Lorraine's condition worsened ... maybe even to the point of passing away. Shelby taking on a boyfriend could anger Matt ... Henry could return. There's lots to mine there.

- You could even take it as far as elevating Billy & Mindy to tier 1 characters.

- Still have Coach and Tami (and Julie) who have ALWAYS been the crux of the show.

- Katims and the cast said they wouldn't rule out bringing back a key cast member for one ep. How about Coach goes to that OU game he made Smash promise to get him tickets for. Perhaps Billy visits San Antonio State to see a game.

- Connie Britton said it best in an interview I read recently: the reason they can keep the show going is because the get really great drama out of small everyday conflicts & situations.

Old key players or not, this show still has a lot of life left in it.
Tony Scott + Denzel + Harry Gregson Williams = absolute gold. LOVED Dejå Vu ... LOVED Crimson Tide. LOVED Man on Fire.
MMT is very good from what i've heard from horror folks. Can't wait to see it. Apparently, whoever marketed the flick pulled out at the last minute and screwed over the production co.
Ooh ... good movie. Yes, you're right about the 9/11 fact. Shannon S'mozzynmen or however you spell it mentioned that in the commentary.
Hey! It's SNL's Bobby Moynihan playing Hurley!!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
