Zac: "All other things being equal, paying off a mortgage in 15 years at 4.63% vs. paying it off in 15 years at 4.98% only saves you a whopping $36.19 per month."

Zac, I'm saving the negligible $36 for the first 15 years. For the next 15 years, it's a different story, right? While you continue with your "flexible" $1,000 payment, I'm free to invest wherever I like. And imagine how better I'm at budgeting since I've grown accustomed to the higher, 'inflexible' mortgage payment.

Wow, it's mind-boggling how well you marketed bad financial common sense. We've had more than enough of that already, haven't we?

Yes, VERY difficult, because of course 'z' and 'y' are two of the most commonly used letters in the English language.
Nice observation, jack.
Hi Jen!
Wow, must say we were a bit surprised when checking out our blog's traffic report...a humbling habit considering our audience of a dozen friends and family.
Then we see people from India, UK, elsewhere...finally leading us here to you...and the entry about us. Hmmm.

Well, to answer your question, we're from New Hampshire. We left some dearly missed friends back in NH, but we try to enjoy life through the Prague sights and our daughter. You can tell from the blog we write mostly about our daughter. :)
We're done with '24' and (again) done with TV. Time to concentrate on the kid again.

Love your super professional looking blog!

"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
