I had looked into buying one of these when I ordered my i7 iMac :D

Would work great for keeping my iPod Touch out of sight while syncing.
I originally started out with a WRT54G v6 which was slightly frustrating to get DD-WRT on it, but was awesome once it was working. Router randomly died on me, so I went out and bought a WRT300N v1.0 so no problems putting DD-WRT on it. The WRT300N is awesome with DD-WRT on it!! I also have an Airport Express linked to the WRT300N as a wireless print server for a laser printer on a different floor.

I have had numerous different routers that require resetting numerous times daily/weekly which is too frustrating! Plus, many routers firmwares are no longer being updated. The beauty of DD-WRT is that it is constantly being updated with awesome features and bug fixes.

Current Set-up: Linksys WRT300N v1.0 with DD-WRT v24 SP1
The writer, Josh, is really annoying me. I'm tired of his dumb comments. Just report the news, keep your biased opinion to yourself! "One thing about Jack Johnson, he doesn't mind being a corporate shill." - This is just a ridiculous line, from what Jack said, "Apple has been really supportive... I wanted to say thank you", this sounds like he did it for free or for not very much.

Some dumb comments...
"Ah, so that's how it works."
"Now he's going on about Genius again... okay Steve we get it, we'll never have to think about music ever again."
"Oh yeah, we'd forgotten how good that looks. Thanks."
+ Whatever else I forgot about...
i wonder how much it will cost...? because in my family everyone uses skype to talk to friends all over the world, and especially my mom to be able to talk to my sister and her husband in korea. works like a charm, except having to be tied to the computer... for now at least :P - j
kk, there are 2 posts that i really enjoyed in the last bit (i know you said pick one... but i couldnt decide between the two :P) anywaysss, the first one is the guy who buil the 60ft wireless tower (http://www.engadget.com/2006/03/03/man-builds-60-foot-tower-to-nab-some-wireless-broadband/) - tahts just awesome!! i have hi-speed and all, but it makes me want to build a wireless tower to say i have one! lol, i just love that stuff! and then the seiko bluetooth watch, very classy!! little big, but oh so awesome! (http://www.engadget.com/2006/03/03/seiko-cpc-tr-006-bluetooth-watch-puts-your-phone-on-your-wrist/) - this is just awesome because, at school everyones got their cell phones and their text msgs, id be king of the school with one of those! lol. but hey! PICK ME!!! i want those glasses!!!! Thanks! if nothing else, keep up the awesome site!! love it! - Jonathan
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I have a MacBook Pro and an Xbox 360 and I would like to get a 20- to 24-inch display that will support both devices. The speakers should be inbuilt, or there should be an aux out on the display to hook up external speakers. Help! Please!"
