People who murder, then suicide, need to have their remains dishonored and their wishes denied. I would suggest cremation, then flushing ashes down a toilet.
Since the criminal obviously wants to make an impression, be sure he knows what it will be, and that death does not wash away blame.

The failure to have required a manual retrievable mode was a failure of specification in the original design. The city should have posted a bond to continue opeation, then issue an RFP for the purchase, not licensing, of software to operate the garage. Once the city ownes the software, they would have to pay for upgrades and glitch fixes.
Solution - renegotiate the license.

They are back now but their refusal to pass the word,which caused no end of concern to lots of us, will make them a less prefered engine.

"I'm heading to university next year, and I've purchased a MacBook. I'm also taking my four year old desktop, just in case I'm left with no computers when the MacBook is being repaired or whatnot. With only two USB ports on a MacBook, I want a Bluetooth mouse. Budget is about $100, and of course, it needs OS X support. Thanks for the help!"
