Does the bottom of the device slide open?
Do you guys think that it's worth it for somebody who is currently without a cellphone to spend $299 on an iPhone at this point?

Or should I just wait until June?
Expos one please.
When the new dashboard rolls out, I hope we are given the option to still have a gamerpic displayed on our gamercards, and not forced to use our avatars' faces because I quite like the gamerpic that I've been using since launch. :(
I was reading the newspaper on Saturday morning and in the article regarding the (then) newly unveiled Rogers price plans for the iPhone, I noticed the following:

"Rogers said dataless plans for the iPhone, with just voice and basic text, will start at $15 a month."

I'm assuming this is just a typo, or a misinterpretation of the "value packs" that Rogers will be offering, but hopefully I'm wrong and something will be announced in the following days.

See the online version of the article for yourselves at:

I would also like to know if this works with the 360.
Does anyone know if the possibility exists that future versions of Twilight Princess will be patched to prevent users from doing this?

In other words, should I buy the game now?
Hopefully people are still checking the comments on this article.

If I were to purchase an iPhone from the States (to be used in Canada) is this the only app I would need?
Hi.

I suppose this is somewhat off topic, but I don't know where else to ask it.

Does anyone know if it is still possible to buy a retail iPhone from the US and unlock it for use in Canada?

My dad is in NYC this week, and I've been seriously considering asking him to pick one up for me since I no longer feel like waiting for an official Canadian release.

But I've heard bad things about the latest firmware.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
