Jan 10th 2008 10:40PM For offline reading? I'm not always connected when I'm out with my MBP but NNW has many feeds already downloaded for me. Some feeds aren't full articles, but many are.

500,000 iPhones sold so far -- but can Apple keep up? {Engadget}
Jul 2nd 2007 6:15AM Camera: The camera is limited. No functions. Only good for a quick snapshot of something well-lit, as others have said.
MMS: MMS is achievable through what we, in the open standards world, call eMail. Maybe you've heard of it? It's simple really. Take the person's mobile number (you've got this, right?) and add @carriername.com to it and you've got your MMS. It looks like MMS to them when they receive it but it's free to you.
File functions: basically anything that involves manipulation of individual files is out. Can't save new files, choose individual files to upload, etc. It's as if there's no file browser on the phone. Maybe there isn't and that's why there's no mass storage ability yet. This will change in a matter of weeks, I predict.
Web: the web is amazing on this phone but MySpace is an ugly abomination on any device.

Jul 2nd 2007 6:08AM Last I checked a weekend is only 2 days, 3 if you're counting in Friday and a week is 7. Pro-rated week would be just a hair over 228,000 in 2 days or 345k in 3. IOW, the iPhone sold 50% more than the N95 in its opening weekend (if you're uncited numbers are even close to right). "Hardly record breaking" my ass.

Jan 9th 2007 12:24AM I'd like the tactility of "turning" the pages. As soon as I saw it, I thought that "flipping" would be natural. I like.
I can't wait a REAL ebook reader to come out. I've been reading the Anansi Boys on my 8525 (HTC Hermes) and it's great, but the screen's a bit small for reading.

Oh. This isn't Zelda. Oh well. I'd like a Dash please. :)
