I have one of these radios. I've got the white one, and it does look really stylish, even though it would not appear that way in photographs. It's one of the best gadgets I've owned, actually. Being able to record to SD card and being able to pause and rewind live broadcasts is a god send.

Happy second birthday, Engadget! Thanks for providing the best tech website on the net.

Here's my favorite...

All the entries shown were very cool. It's really good to see lots of creativity from Engadget readers, even those the Apple event itself was a let-down. The mock-ups in the 'What The Hell' were hilarious, especially John P's BoxedLunch Pro.

Apple is an innovative company, but there was certainly nothing innovative about today. Everyone is disappointed. Even the mac enthusiasts are bitterly disappointed. I know I am. Apple's stock closed today at -2.53, which the most significant dips being immediately after the keynote and again after lunchtime.

Well, at least by bank manager is happy.
Jacob, I think Brian was being sarcastic - synonymous with online comments. The Apple keynote today was really fantastic.... I'm SO excited about the new iPod Hi-Fi and $99 leather jacket....

Seriously, this phone is not that ugly, though the design seems pretty old-skool.
no. 339 - KS - True about the stocks.

Apple's stock dipped significantly at around 10:45, then was a bit unstable until around 1:20 PM when start to plummet.

PS. I reiterate what most people have said. What a disappointment. Out of all the keynotes that I've followed, this has to be the most disappointing.
Wow! So of those were great. And really funny too!
Isn't the "leading content provider" mentioned in the article, the BBC by some chance, since the London Times happen to be reporting on it first?
Separatly? I meant 'separately'. Sorry for the spelling mistake.
I've just worked out that it's exactly the same price if you buy all the items in the bundle separatly. So if you don't really need a USB cable, buy everything separatly and you'll save a bit of cash.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am trying to configure out a really dumbed down and intuitive PC for my grandmother. She recently had a stroke and while she is under my care I would like to repurpose a laptop for her to surf and email her children. Anyone have any experience with what input devices and UI's are really understandable for the over 80 crowd?"
