i have heard about that too, but what about iphones that are out of a contract after the two years (1st gen) and factory unlocked ones (like mine)? It makes no sense in that case really.
t-mo not working for me since ~4/5 pm ET... I can roam (as usual) onto AT&T and UNICEL, but I cannot call anyone nor anything else. Weird. iPhone just refuses to join the t-mo tower.
So is it okay if I call him?
Not anything against engadget, but this deal has been available since last sunday at least (I almost bought it online then, that 16 gig)
You can imagine my surprise when I see the news now.
I have one of the first ones they made in my macbook (SAMSUNG HM500LI) and it works fine since I got it almost a year ago. And it has gone through many abuses dare I say, and still works fine. Maybe I just got lucky?
Why don't they make windows 7 starter edition free? Kind of like a demo that doesn't run out. That way Microsoft can get customers, and if they like windows 7 starter they can simply upgrade to a "real" version.
It would also keep linux from being used, good for microsoft in the netbook area.
why limit it to 10 feet? I mean, really. what if you drop it? If I buy one then it would be for that very reason anyway.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
