Isn't odd how they use "Games" in the descriptor to demonstrate how the DS and Wii games are growing, and then percentages for how Sony's games are dropping. This ambiguity brings to mind a lack of cohesion and can allow for drastic interpretations.
the article above (if the facts are accurate) is in no way inflamatory to sony or nintendo. I don't see why anyone could get angry at it. Nintendo is having an unimaginable success right now. They made the current "hoola hoop" and its sky-rocketing. "You know.. for kids!"
@3 very true.

Online stores will not make a decision till long long long after the decision has been made, because shelf space isn't a premium like it is inside the B&M stores.
I'm confused. Did some people not have to download the client to play the game?

How can you have that many "unique" users but only have less then half of the clients downloaded by people. Were the users using the same xbox to multiplay? then how unique are those users?

I thought unique user could be equated to system. This is interesting number use.
They need to start saying whether games are vista only or not, because there really are 2 different pc variants.. vista and non-vista.
It is sad that they still have to put an asterisk in the ad that admits "User is responsible for internet fees"

People should know that, you would think but then again i wonder if they could be held liable for faulty advertising if they didn't include the statement.
uhmmm i have a ps3... some of those games aren't available...

Man i wish they were. I'm not a big fan of calling all cars to be honest. i'm too unskilled for the game hehe.
the marine has "suck it down" with an arrow pointed down to his crotch.

That is just... Who the hell spends time writing on the front of his chest plate like that? heh. Can he ever take the chest plate off? is it pre-programed to have that statement painted on it?

The modding tools were awesome for starcraft. I cannot wait till someone makes turrett defense for this and my personal favorite, ELEMENTS! blizzard mod tools ftw!
@ SAMFISH

Thats not Apple. Its a film from some NYU student technology proggy. It was released february of 2006 and Engadget has a whole article about it here:
http://www.engadget.com/2006/02/09/nyus-multi-touch-sensing-through-frustrated-total-internal-refl/

It got me excited a while back, and now i *hope* they have a patent and won't be ripped off by Microsoft or at least that Microsoft consulted them before doing the whole surface approach.

There was another vid of a screen that used input from objects to manipulate images (i.e. it was a video game where you used squares to make "platforms" for animated stick figures to walk across.) Not sure where that went in the internet storage bin.
Let me begin by saying, This is so awesome. I'm going to email blizzard and tell them I think this is some of the best news I've ever heard of. I hope all goes well for the kid.

Now as a side note. Do you guys realize how much he could make in game by selling that crossbow (unless it is no-drop which it more then likely is) and in real life if he sells that character? It would be funny to see his character pop up on E-Bay or something similar.

Hope he doesn't turn into a ganker. That would suck. Hehe but hey its still a f-ing awesome move by blizzard. I love this stuff.

"I'm heading to university next year, and I've purchased a MacBook. I'm also taking my four year old desktop, just in case I'm left with no computers when the MacBook is being repaired or whatnot. With only two USB ports on a MacBook, I want a Bluetooth mouse. Budget is about $100, and of course, it needs OS X support. Thanks for the help!"
