Really proud of this!
First! Not me, you.
It's true. The reason? Wii Fit is an absolute pain in the ass to use IMO (not to mention the fact that it required more living room space than I originally anticipated). I wound up buying a gym membership instead, go figure.
For those wondering: yes, it is a little weird seeing one's legs/feet popping up in your feeds.
Next time you create something that millions of people enjoy on a daily basis, you give us a buzz, I can't wait to check it out.
It was great to finally meet you!
Untrue. Over the years we've turned the comments off a number of times when there became too much noise, spam, or simply too many douchebags to tolerate. I wouldn't call that bluff.
Hopefully it shouldn't be too long, we're certainly working as quickly as we can on the site!
Technically I never left! Since I went to start gdgt with Peter, I've stayed on at Engadget as editor-at-large. Basically, that means I'll occasionally write bits for the site (like this) and serve in a broader advisory capacity. Stay tuned for gdgt, though!
Fixing that, thanks for the heads up!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
