Leica X1 photo gallery proves that big shots do come in little packages {Engadget}

Nov 8th 2009 1:13PM Shitty shots at DPreview, as usual. Very little lens-distortion, but otherwise... meh. I guess if you have the cash it'll make you happy. I'd much rather get a DP2.

Olympus E-P2 leaks out again, brings along lofty price tag {Engadget}

Nov 4th 2009 5:08PM Now if there's a thing like upgrading a product too soon... you don't sting your early adopters like that.

Second Verizon DROID commercial stealth attacks America {Engadget}

Nov 4th 2009 1:24AM Talk nerdy to me, mr. ad man... which agency caters to Verizon again?

Entelligence: Of ebooks and suburban moms {Engadget}

Nov 2nd 2009 1:31AM Great, now your mom has another thing to be distracted by while driving that SUV? And that's how we measure if something is a success? Great. Just great.

LAb[au]'s f5x5x5 framework sculpture mesmerizes on video {Engadget}

Dyson DC25 Blueprint impressions: is the 'Ball' worth it? {Engadget}

Oct 27th 2009 11:47AM Same thing here. If you keep it in good shape, meaning you both wash the filter and the cyclone unit on a halfway regular basis (depends upon usage and the amount/kind of dirt of course) it just keeps chugging along happily.

Dyson DC25 Blueprint impressions: is the 'Ball' worth it? {Engadget}

Oct 27th 2009 11:39AM Naa, I'll stay with the canister models, more flexible.
I cannot even say how old our Dyson is by now, must be almost ten years. Zero issues, works like new. You empty it and give it a wash every now and then once you notice the filter is clogged up, that's all. I'd say I'm quite satisfied with that purchase.

Three-wheeled eRinGo car concept: no thanks {Engadget}

Oct 21st 2009 1:12PM So when you're alone you can travel in circles until you find company of equal weight, eh? Genius, total chick magnet. Althoug... I'm not too certain if I would want to attract femals that could level out my weight...

Barnes & Noble Nook's first close-up (now with video!) {Engadget}

Oct 20th 2009 5:52PM I'd think the display is on the "dim" side in order for it not becoming too much of a nuisance next to the ePaper.

Unofficial patch lets you hang up Palm Pre calls by closing the slider {Engadget}

Oct 20th 2009 1:25AM Being able to patch yourself into oblivion is not the point. The point is that they had all the time in the world to cook up their phone and yet they failed on such simple standard functionality (like Apple did at first and still does in some regards). They also cooked up half-assed hardware with everybody looking forward to the budget Pixi hoping the keyboard won't be as bad.

Oh, and please, Verizon? Try and grasp that you're on the internet, not everybody is necessarily located in the US of A. Palm exported their mindnumbing, anti-consumer model to Europe, just as Apple did. For that, both of them deserve to be ignored. I don't care about "open self-patchable systems" if I cannot simply buy the product.
