It'd be great if could get the game to run. All I can get is the splash screen then it goes black and nothing happens.

Developers weren't much help either just stating the obvious, delete/re-install/reboot.

I've had my 500 since launch and not a day goes by without me reading on it for at least a couple of hours. I skipped the 505 upgrade because it didn't off much but maybe if the price is right and there are enough new features then maybe I'll grab the next version as well.
Well, I'm sold.

I couldn't live without 1Password as a part of my browsing experience.

I just ordered through CPW and it seemed to go ok. I did ask to get it sent to the store though just to be doubly sure I'd get one.
I buy on average 5-7 books a month and have only ever bought a max of 1-2 CDs a year.

I don't steal music I'm not a big listener.

I would however describe myself as an avid reader. When Sony launched the PRS-500 eReader a couple of years ago I bought one, I haven't looked back since. It goes with me everywhere I have over 1000 books for it and never get tired of reading it. In fact the one time recently I did go back to paper I found that the page turning experience was slow and distracting and I couldn't seem to find the button to change the font size to something a little smaller.

The illiad mentioned in the article has always been a very expensive device, largely due to it's touch screen and its battery life has never been anything to write home about either. So the author has a point about that.

How do we know which page to leave comments on ?
So you mean likke those "good" gangs that have their members get tattoos ?

Like the cub scouts.... and um err
If you have a gang tattoo surely you're guilty of something anyway ?
I feel most disappointed with your article.

iPhone Vs. The World.

Let us first dissect the title.

There was some iPhone stuff in here, not a lot of versus and absolutely no World coverage.

Purely focused on the US market and not in comparison to anything whatsoever. With the US being only 1 of 70 countries getting the new iPhone it would perhaps have been more interesting to see how the iPhone affects those other markets.

Utterly pathetic. why not throw in a book of coupons for local businesses as well? $30Million is just weak, thankfully it only has to stretch 40miles.

Waste of everyones time.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
