If Google made such a toaster, it would likely be in Beta for the next 5 years.
I bought an Arcade at the weekend, turns out it's probably a falcon, August Manufacture date.

Not too bothered to be honest, Falcon Rev 3 doesn't really get RROD anymore.

Would have been nice to have the internal storage so that I don't have to have the memory card on me if I take it round to a friend's house... but whatever...
Funny how Boingboing Fadgets and TechCrunch are whining...
It doesn't need to go in a phone per se, but it would be fun to have a cheap ish €50 microscope you could look at water, blood, cell samples with.
So it's pretty much decided.

A little basic comparison...

HD 4850 < 9800GTX < GTX 260 < GTX 280

Lets see how the hd4970 fares. Hopefully better.
Matt, I don't know how much you play games, but with regards to the side buttons, you're way off.

The side back thumb button is indispensable for reloading, the front most thumb button is for switching to pistol. I use this on COD4 and CSS and it's perfect.

For example, you're using W to walk forward, so if you need to switch to pistol pressing 2 means taking the finger off W so for that split second you stop walking. Same with strafe and R.

Middle (Wheel) Click is throw grenade and scroll down slashes the knife - - WAAAAY quicker than reaching for V on COD4!

Mice that come with triple-click hardware buttons are useful too and turn any automatic gun into single click rain of death.
It all depends on the size of your hands.

I would certainly say go for a laser mouse since they're the standard these days. DPI doesn't really matter too much ( at least I never understood the fuss).

I have a 1800dpi mouse and it's great, but I don't understand why you'd want uber sensitivity, as you just can't get the hits precisely enough.

Many will probably say the Razer Lachesis, and I agree it feels nicely in the hand and the side buttons are essential to the FPS player.

The left-back side button is the ultimate reload weapon, add an M4 and Sleight of Hand and you're sorted.

So, what ever mouse you get, make sure you get nice side buttons, and ignore the whole high DPI is ubar malarky.

p.s. dont get me wrong, a 400 dpi mouse isn't nearly as good as one at 2000 dpi but over that, you're just being silly.
OOOPSS!!! that's PCI-E ...

ok granted it would make the thing larger than you'd want. It is possible to add an old graphics card with a DVI-D connector.

like http://www.ebuyer.com/product/129087

and it's cheap
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What is the best wireless surround sound speaker solution? I have a home theater where running wires is just not feasible. I have my own speakers, so I don't want a system that has speakers with integrated wireless. I've done a far amount of research and have only come across a few companies that even offer a reasonable solution: KEF, Kenwood and Rocketfish. Is there anything else out there? What do you recommend? Thank you!"
