On a related note, Opera Mobile finally came to S60 devices!
http://www.cis.upenn.edu/~bcpierce/unison/ is awesome if you can tackle the learning curve.
"Go!" is the language that Google didn't invent. go is the language they did invent.
Wow...it's obvious that you haven't read the documents on the SPDY site.
I don't understand...isn't this what PunyCode is for? And isn't it already being used? http://tinyarro.ws, for example...
Great, thanks - was hoping somebody'd post a link like that. I THINK I bought it on the 1st, if I bought it on the 30th I'll have to go nuts on somebody.
Ugh...just bought VM2 last week...wish there was some sort of amnesty program...
"The US has a murder rate many times higher than most other western countries, where guns are not part of the culture.

So - don’t you think that there may be a direct correlation between your culture and your murder rate?"

Sorry, no. Our high murder rate is because of drug prohibition leading to gang violence. Take gangs shooting each other up out of the picture and we're suddenly a much less violent nation, on paper.

Gun culture is because we were founded as a nation of voluntary governance and the idea of having rights (to liberty and self-preservation, et al) that government can't take away. That doesn't make us violent - I'm basically a pacifist, but I still have a lot of guns - because I like to shoot, and because I can, and because I think it's important to exercise the rights we are fortunate enough to enjoy.
"If it is obvious that you're carrying (as in, if you've got a ridiculous bulge at the waist - forget if it's exposed) you can get into some pretty serious hot water."

Not in Georgia - if you have a concealed carry permit you can carry openly...it doesn't HAVE to be concealed. Dunno if you're only talking about Ohio, but of course it varies from state to state.

But in regards to getting in trouble just due to a bulge - doubtful. I wear fairly tight-fitting shirts and if you already know I have a gun in the small of my back, then it's pretty easy to see...but if you don't know ahead of time, you're generally not going to see a gun in random shirt lines and ripples. Even my extremely observant wife doesn't notice when I carry.

Anyway, this guy is a tard and probably needs his CCW taken away.
I doubt my senators use twitter, but twittering the simple fact that rights cannot exist at the expense of others helped me feel a little better.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"All of these new nettops have me intrigued. I'm looking for a small, quiet and cheap PC to replace my aging tower in my home office, and all it really needs to do is load Microsoft Office, check email and surf the web. Is there a particular nettop that's better (or a better value) than another? I know it's a rather new segment, but hopefully someone has taken a chance on one already. Thanks!"
