Wow I can totally see some disphit in my highschool spending $200 (or whatever they will cost) for a pair of these.
wow, coming from a huge mac fanboy, that was a big disappointment.
@ Trevor - good call. I would believe the same thing, but even if this isn't real, I'd hit it.

uh, right. it's ineffective to just about every serious photographer who uses it on a daily basis to improve their images. it might be ineffective to some two bit moron who can't take a picture with his terrible quality cell phone camera or to someone expecting a sharp and noise free image taken with some f/5.6 point and shoot inside a museum or at night, but to a real photographer, unsharp mask is an amazing tool.
Finally, I'll get one of those as soon as they're on the shelves. Granted, it's about 20 years too late and I've used Apple one-button mice for the last 13 years but I'll certainly spring for this. I like the fact it uses AA batteries instead of some stupid charger that takes up space or a USB port. I've just been using rechargable AA's with my current Apple BT mouse for 2 years and each pair lasts about a month which is perfectly fine for me, and they take 15 minutes to recharge after that.
xD? who the hell uses that?
Any point and shoot camera that boasts ISO 2000 and has a pathetic f/5 at the telephoto end will never "thrive at night."
***If they delivered the product too early, the same people would have been all over them for releasing 'buggy software'.
Now, if they delay release, that is BAD too!***

It's still going to be buggy software, just delayed.
i thought that said harry potter for like 2 minutes.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
