Yeah the guy took a $1/yr salary because he felt so guilty of double-dipping by robbing the stockholders blind.

Anyway the guy can't take all the stolen loot with him - so i guess he oughtta enjoy it while it lasts.. as another poster pointed out and as many already knew back in may or so, Stevie J was "diagnosed" as chronically ill but the exact nature of the illness remained shrouded in the typical Apple veil of secrecy. Then a worker at the clinic he was receiving his treatments from was interviewed and then the Apple lawyers got a hold of her and put a muzzle on. Some of us know the real story but some don't:

Howzabout we try to draw a line in the sand and say "okay Jan. 1 we at engadget will end the 'robotic uprising' retardedness?" When I first starting reading engadget it was mildly humorous - now its just grade school level where the only person that thinks its funny to repeat the same stupid thing is the person saying it.

There is no "Vista Media Center Edition", phucknut. It's called just "Media Center" and it's built into the higher end editions of Vista (Home Premium, Ultimate, etc.)

OMG please tell me they did NOT just give the middle finger to all the poor suckers that bought the rev.1 BS3 (that's right - rev.2 is already silently in production with the 1080i problem fixed in hardware - will probably never be fixed in an update). Sure glad I didn't touch the BS3 out of the gate with all these probs!

It's not so much that people "hate" the PS3 - its that the system f*cking blows goats. If it walks like it sucks and quacks like it sucks, it PROBABLY SUCKS. All the Playstation fanboy love in the world isn't going to fix BROKEN 1080i, $HITTY GAMES (read the reviews - all mediocre games, no killer app), and now they're going to screw all the early adopters by silently sneaking a rev.2 board into assembly line that fixes the 1080i problem in hardware because they realized they can't do it in software. One news story after the next point out problems and the fanboys say "oh you guys are just haters" - NO the thing SUCKS.
