Beind the iPod already. Wow, did I miss the news that the Classic has a 3.2" screen? Did the Classic get wireless sync? Wow, I must have missed that news. Did the Nano get wireless sync too? Cool.

I thought Gerry Dee was the funniest. I am rooting for Amy, but sadly she wasn't that funny. John Reep was my #2. I don't understand why people find Ralph funny though. I haven't laughed at him in any part of the competition, and I find him annoying and a bit of a d!ck. His drunk family member part was so annoying, I said to my fiance "hell would be that bit played over and over for all eternity"

As far as what judgy said, about how famous you need to be. I don't understand it either. In season 1, none of the comics were well known, and same with season 2. In season 2, they said Jim Norton was too famous, yet he wasn't on Lucky Louie yet, he didn't have an HBO special, I don't even think he had a Comedy Central special, just a 5 minute set on one of the Comedy Central shows. Yet last season they had Bill Dwyer who did have a comedy central special, and this year Ralph Harris. Jim Norton probably wouldn't have gone far in lcs (I think he is hilarious, but too off color to recieve votes from an audience that isn't there to see him or a similar comic).
I agree with Q, one of the reason I don't own a Mac is gaming. I love to game, and I can't on a Mac. I wish I could afford 2 computers, but I can't, plus I don't have the room. I have a custom built rig, (I keep adding to it as time goes on, 1TB RAID 0 array when my 2 barracudas come from Newegg)to keep up with games. I can't play 95% of the games I like on a Mac. I know you are probably thinking he just bought 2 500GB HDs, but they were only $150 each. I have the ability to add piece by piece as I have money. I unfortunately can't spent $1700 at one time.

Why can't Apple make a system with a powerful video card, and convince game makers that their system is viable. If they can take an MP3 player and dominate the market, they should be able to convince game makers that can be in the gaming market. Until then, I am probably going to be stuck with my PC.
But Al Gore did say he helped "initiate" the Internet, which is just as much of a lie.

Have you ever used a Sansa player? I didn't think so, when you pick up a Sansa Connect, and realize how easy it is to use, and how great it is to download music wirelessley over WiFi you will be convinced it is not a "cheap & nasty" mp3 player.
I agree. I get Chocolate Rain stuck in my head, and I want to torture everyone at work with that song. But iTunes doesn't have. Whats wrong Apple?
I actually like how we don't have someone to root for, other than Ellen. It makes it more middle of the road, more real.

Not many people in Frobisher or Pattys positions are truly evil. They do evil things, but for non-evil reason. Patty may stoop to anything to win a case, including hurting and manipulating people, and even ruining a few lives. Those are evil acts, but she feels a few ruined lives is worth helping hundreds of clients whose life savings was thrown away. That doesn't make it better, but she is doing what she thinks is best, as misguided as it is. Frobisher obviously loves his kids, and did what he thought was best for him and his family, even that means ruining many of his employees lives. These are real people who do bad things, not heartless evil people who do no good.

I do agree I wasn't as dissapointed when the show was over (in a good way, I wanted to see more) than I was the first episodes when I couldn't wait till next week. But in the scenes for future episodes we see Katie say something to the police telling them to "talk to Patty Hewes". That could be interesting.

And finally, I have a feeling their son has something to do with it, there is a reason they focused on him this week, and I don't think it was to humanize Patty. Maybe her son kills Ellens fiance?
I love this show. The 2 best shows on TV now are this and Kill Point. And there is no other drama in the fall season, except for maybe Heroes that is as good.

Also, did anyone notice that the guy giving Ellen the apartment was the guy Tom paid to dig up dirt on Ellen and her fiance?

I also think the older lawyer from the other firm (Nye?) knows something about Patty other than just from reputation. Maybe she worked at his firm, or he is her father or something. I also don't think Ellen killed her fiance because when she is in police custody the older lawyer asks why she didn't call Patty(during previews of upcoming episodes). If Ellen had killed her fiance she would call Patty, Hewes & Associates has to have some top notch defense attorney. She either thinks or knows Patty had something to do with this.
Obviously we don't see the entire lawsuit. I have a feeling it is more to the fact that the batter isn't user replacable without voiding the warranty. The fact they you need Apple to replace something, that more than likely will need to be replaced while you are expected to use the device is the problem.

You shouldn't be expected to send your device in for service during its expected life. If the batter is to last 3 or 4 years under normal use that is fine. But if before 2 years is up it needs replacing more often than not, and you can't do it yourself, that is a problem.

Someone used the example of filling up the gas tank on a car. The difference is, you can fill your gas up yourself without voiding the cars warranty. Would you be happy if you bought a $20,000 and before you paid the car off you almost always needed to spend more than 10% to replace say the engine seals? No, you would be pissed. Yes, when you buy a car the tires, hoses, belts, brakes all are expected to be replaced before you finish paying your car off. The difference is, you could do all those yourself (if you are capable) without voiding the warranty. If I change my brakes tomorrow, and then my transmission starts slipping I am covered, but if my iPhone batter stops holding a carge and I replace it, and my LCD stops working, I am SOL. Apple will tell me too bad.
Maybe Apple used the same filmmakers, buyt wouldn't you view their previous work before hirinig them? Apple isn't my friend down the street who says, "So, I heard they were good, let them make my commerical." They had to see what they had done before. When Apple relized they ripped off a video they already did, Apple should've told them to fix it or hit the road.

"I'm pretty much a complete noob when it comes to camera stuff. My wife loves to take pictures, though. So much so that she literally wore out her first point and shoot camera, and the Kodak Z712 I bought for her less than two years ago is starting to act up as well. To compound the matter, we are expecting our first born sometime next year. I fear the Kodak just isn't going to cut it any longer. What would be the best starter DSLR to get? She hates missing photo opportunities due to camera 'lag' so speed would definitely be at the top of the list. Photo quality and features would be next. Price should be no more than $800. I'm not interested in video capabilities."
