Pete,
That was a great piece, I'm sorry to hear about your loss, my condolences to you and your family.
What about when you need to make a phone call does this thing have BT or work as a skype adapter?
Not Open source it is an unlocked device running Windows CE
I've actually held it and no part of this phone comes off cheapish, I saw it a month ago and can't remember if it had BT or not. The joystick is a solid joystick however you really don't need it as the entire thing is swipe and tap driven. Unless your playing a game.
You already need a new drive for your S3 TIVO?
If I were to ever get dealt those cards I would consider myself lucky to think of half of the things he did and the courage he showed. This man deserves a standing ovation, while we all make mistakes he succeded in his mission his wife and kids are safe. His death was not in vain James I salute you. R.I.P
NHAnimator: your partially right, distance in this instance is calculated by rate and speed. So, that would mean if they know the speed of the vehicles and the time it takes the second vehicle to cross the Lidar after the first of course you will be able to mathematically calculate the distance betweent he vehicles.
I have to say I own a link station and I personally say boo buffalo, while their products are good looking the ass backwards software and protocols for these machines leave a very funky taste in your mouth. I had a problem with my machine and called buffalo on a constant basis everytime they would say try this and call us back. Two days after my warranty expired my ROM fried, I called buffalo and they said we see the history of the device but your warranty has expired. I say BOO this company boo them, talk about a waste of friggin money.
Now we just need a Symbian Slingplayer and I can die a happy man!!!
Maybe you missed the part where engadget credits the audio version but was talking about the video version that has had a much higher success rate.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
