@Total...

I think the problem you are going to find privatizing the space industry is where the solid profit is. Typically things like this (especially when the money (some would say) should go to more worthy causes) need to have a solid return in the investment of its shareholders and companies.

Heck even the Spaceship one stuff is only happening because some rich people are giving the majority of the funding.

So like other things like this the Government will fund away... Profit? who needs no stinkin' profit.
Man I think this is just funny! it's only a news entry... why is everyone getting all upset? Just enjoy his Steveness and prepare to bask in the glory of the live event tomorrow.
That's the same combination to my luggage!
sheez this whole comments area is a movie spoiler.. Yes I want this but dude... I haven't seen the movie yet! Thanks a whole lot. Probably won't even score the 360 either...
Why should I win? because it will p*ss off the Microsoft Fanboi in me.
@Jevos...

I gave up wishing for a decent left handed mouse. I have since moved to the dark side and use my mouse on the right-side exclusively... Once you adjust to it being on the (wrong) right side all is well and you can play happy with all those new gadgets.
A How-to guide to make your blog/news site look current on a slow news day:

Step 1) Check Apple fanboy sites and determine most out of date Apple Product and related article on the expected refresh

Step 2) Search GIS and find an image relating to step 1.

Step 3) Write canned article relating to product on the likelihood of an update

Step 4) Launch Photoshop/GIMP and modify image to correspond with step 3

Step 5) Post on blog/news site flagging it a rumor to avoid being accused of reporting something that wasn't legit.

Step 6) Sit back and let the Apple vs. Microsoft fanboys commence their usual bickering at each other.

Success! You've made your site look updated and your advertisers happy at the same time!
har har...rich. I was worried I wouldn't get to read a mindless slam against Windows today.
It's not a tumor! Hook me up as I am suffering w/out a little Blackjack action. Give a fellow gadget freak a break... would ya? please?! for the love of Pete! Are you in there? Robots rule the earth!
HP and others have been chip coding things like toner carts, fusers, etc. because they wanted to control the quality of components going into their products but in reality the only thing they wanted to control was their bottom line. I see this as yet another example of the same practice. But since this is coming from Apple I am not surprised one bit.

BUT I could be wrong... I often am. sheez.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I have a MacBook Pro and an Xbox 360 and I would like to get a 20- to 24-inch display that will support both devices. The speakers should be inbuilt, or there should be an aux out on the display to hook up external speakers. Help! Please!"
