saw them doing a photo shoot of it at the petersen car museum parking structure in LA, where i park my car for work. i was only there for a few seconds before this large rude dude came right up to my face and asked me to leave.

the look of it, from what i recall, has the same design language as the g37 sedan. a lot more curves, and less mass.
if they do this, they should just raise the price of tickets a few bucks across the board rather than charge those that want to use them.

think of it this way...if i'm asked to pay $10 to surf the web for my 2-3 hour flight from la to pheonix, i'd laugh at them and call them crazy. but if my ticket price goes from 110-120, that doesn't seem like such a big deal.
i'm wearing a Kienzle.. but i'm sure it's fake since i bought it in taiwan.
speaking of hp, i'm with an agency that recently created a series of videos for them...they're pretty funny, worth a chuckle or two. the series is called "life without hp". feel free to check them out on youtube

this is about creating a demand for having tv shows on the go, ie...
watching tv shows on the new ipod touch.it's not easier than ever to
download shows and watch on a small device, and it looks better than
ever with the bigger screen. i can see myself buying an episode of
xyz every am and watch on my way to work in the subway. the cheaper
the shows, the more people will download and watch it, and the more
people will put up the money for the ipod touch.nbc doesn't get it.
this is about creating a demand for people to watch and PAY for tv
shows in another venue/device. it's about volume. if every person
that has an ipod out there decides to upgrade to touch, everyone one
of them can potentially by tv show buyers. that's a heck a lot of
people.

so where will all the speculative money go? equity market?
horsepower aside, the CTS is a whole different class of car than the m5. competing against the m3 would make sense, but the m5? nah. in this class, we're talking about the m5, e55, rs6. no way CTS is even a competitor among this group.

going up against m3, rs4, c55 would make more sense.
i don't see how anyone can have issues with this. seriously.

we do need something to control unruly crowd, mobs, etc, while being careful to not physically harm anyone, at least permanently.

this sounds and looks like a great tool. without this, you have fire hose, tear gas, rubber bullets, or... a megaphone "please leave this area. there's nothing to see here". errr.. yeah, like that's going to work.
at the end of the day, this is what will happen:

- apple renames the phone for june release
- when people see the phone, they'll still call it iphone. the brand has already been registered in consumers' heads.
- when people hear the words "iphone", they will think of the apple phone.

cisco's phone will always been known as "the other iphone".

remember what steve jobs said about apple tv? he called it iTV, even though it's officially named apple tv. but to him, and most of the folks, it's iTV.

the BRAND is what people believe it is, not what you tell people it is.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
