Standard corporate shotgun brand copyright protecting. Keeps the interns in the Legal Dept busy. They do the same with URLs.

Nothing to see here... move along.
As I said, it's the NYT never expect a fully accurate story.
@Hazdaz

DesignLine International Holdings, LLC is a bus, coach, and trolleybus manufacturer founded in Ashburton, New Zealand in 1985. Initially it was a manufacturer of tour coaches, later it diversified into city buses in the early 1990s, and then to hybrid city buses in the late 1990s. It was acquired by American interests in 2006, and DesignLine International's headquarters was relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina in the United States. It has plants in both Charlotte and New Zealand
@Speed

It's from the NYT. Did you expect accuracy?
FYI for the uninformed commenters. The Super Light was a concept show car base off the present 2009 NC. If has nothing to do with the future ND model.
You mean the same Mustang that's built in the same plant by the same people who build the Mazda6?

I own a 02 Miata, an 06 Mustang GT and previously an 02 Mazda6. All have given me zero problems.
Uhhh, Isn't the President of AMW Roger Allard?

As I said, "I'm not arguing the merits of the models, just the sales numbers."

Bob Lutz could could build the best car in the world, but if it doesn't sell GM still goes down the tube. If GM wants to survive it has to build cars people will buy in massive numbers. Bob's history doesn't inspire confidence.
Bob Lutz????

Pontiac GTO. (failure)
Saturn Sky and Pontiac Solstice; (failure)
Pontiac G8; (failure)

And which of these Lutz babies will save GM????

Chevrolet Malibu
Cadillac CTS
Buick Enclave
Chevrolet Camaro
Buick Lacrosse
Volt

I'm not arguing the merits of the models, just the sales numbers.

As someone with the same situtation, "This is all I gotta say to you... Your time is gonna come "

Give it a few more years.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
