can anyone else foresee hundreds of eager zune fans rushing to this website only to find that MS has screwed up and they can't get it up for a month?
OK, so many things wrong with that sentence, for starters, "hundreds"? Maybe "tens". Secondly, "get it up"? "Microsoft"? What is this, subliminal advertising for viagra?
I'm thinking more the wall in Minority Report, if you couple this with multi-touch
but Halo is on the mind a lot lately. I mean, I actually got excited that the Chief is holding the assault rifle from the first game in all the promotional material.
When I was eight or nine, I remember going almost literally green with envy for the people with the TV eyeglasses
this wasn't science fiction
it was one of those little mail-order gadget books
it sounds not too dissimilar to this, except it WAS transparent, so, according to the blurb, you could watch TV while emptying the fridge or sweeping the floor

what have we gained in those ten years?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What's the best gaming laptop for under 1,500 bucks? I had my eye on the P7805u (Gateway), but it seems Best Buy has run out for the time being. Also, as a secondary question, I like the specs on brands such as iBUYPOWER and CyberPower and the like, but are they reliable? I'm a little worried about buying labels that aren't huge like Dell, Gateway, etc. Thanks!"
