GPS functionality is great (personally, I just use a Garmin ForeRunner), but I have used the Nike+ device too, and I have to say, it gave me outstanding accuracy (usually above 99%) once calibrated. For the price, it's hard to beat. To my mind, its major drawback is the fact that the sensor battery cannot be easily replaced, forcing you to buy a whole new sensor.
In FireFox, the shortcut to the Google search bar is command-k. If, like me, you use both browsers regularly, you might like to set Safari to use the same shortcut. Instructions were posted a while back at the FreeMacBlog: http://www.freemacblog.com/performing-a-google-search-in-safari-with-command-k/
The amazing thing is that Toronto already has three Apple Stores. Torontonians will no doubt use this fact as further evidence that T.O. really is the centre of the universe.

I can tell you from experience that it isn't just Windows users who are having this problem, and it has been happening to me since before the upgrade to 7.1.1.
Is it just me, or does the girl bear a striking resemblance to Ellen Feiss?
4 days 21 hours for my 4th Gen 40GB. And, it says my battery life is only about 10% of the original capacity (they also suggest I consider investing in a new battery, I guess so I can really get the most out of those last 4 days).

Assuming they're as wrong about the iPod itself as they are about the battery (I'm still getting 6-8 hours on a charge), I'm not overly worried.
Call me frivolous, but I've never bothered to backup my iTunes library. I mean, I already have two copies of each song--one on my iPod and one in iTunes--and I figure the chance of both dying at the same time are pretty remote.

Of course I have a 40 GB iPod and my whole library fits on it (and then some), but if your library is larger than the capacity of your iPod, then I can see how backing up would be very prudent.

And I always backup to CD the songs I purchase from iTunes, just to be on the safe side.
"And as we all know, as Ontario goes, so goes the rest of the world."

Well we Canadians have known that for a long time. Nice to see the rest of the world is finally cottoning on.

What? Don't tell me you didn't know Toronto is the navel of the known universe?

:)
Been using RCDefault App for a while now. Great little pref pane!
Been stuck on Phase 3 for 18 months now.

"I'm looking for a wireless trackpad to use with my older (2.5 or so years old) C2D MacBook that's perpetually docked to my home theater. Something sleek, thin, not too small, made of high quality materials. Ideally, it would natively support all of (Snow) Leopard's multitouch inputs, and even more ideally, it would have a charging dock / base. The only problem is that I'm not sure that such a thing even exists. Think you can throw me a bone?"
