So it's just a DS for old people or people with poor eyesight. (DS Seniors edition)

Kind of makes sense - but this could qualify as the most uninteresting console product update ever.
I use both Win7 and Snow Leopard and I think the OS's are getting too close to call now. Its just come down to personal preference.

Perhaps Apple should concentate on promoting the advantages of their hardware and design a bit more.

It's possible that they may pension off these Mac/PC ads when/if the Tablet arrives and they finally have something new to advertise on it's own merits. I'm sure even Apple realise that these ads are getting a bit stale (I did like the self-referential "this is an advertisement" comment though).
You want cheap and easy - you can't beat this solution - no duct tape required....

It's like smile detection - but for tap dancers.
It catches them in mid dance.
Makes sure you never take another picture of someone doing a waltz or the soft shoe shuffle.
These still use a lens cap - which to me is a big problem in a pocket camera designed for impromptu shooting. The HD2000 is still a weird shape to try and fit in a pocket anyway. I briefly owned an HD1000 and was extremely disappointed by the dreadful stabilisation and very narrow shooting angle - everything ended up looking like a Hype Williams video.
I hope they have got it right this time, I really like upright cameras and there are not enough people making them, but I think I'll stick to my Sony TG3/TG1 for another year - but there is plenty of room for improvement in this sector of the market (low light performance/better battery life/sharper images/better stills).
Worst Lennon impersonation ever.
Should have used Peter Serafinowicz - he's got it spot on... http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=jcVS9ssNYVQ#t=1m24
No one has mentioned that you can now delete audio podcasts from the iPod rather than having to wait until your next sync up.
I don't get it. I don't even know what it is attempting to do.

How do you play them - Current Blu-Ray players?
What sound format is it using - can my amp decode it?

I've invented a new product too, Blu 2K Xtra Plus - but I can't tell you what it does.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
